Chain is twisted due to being poorly made . But You get what you pay for . The bag itself is decent small differences where you can tell it’s a dupe/Rep but what did I really expect. the chain being like this is one of the give aways , the chain is also too light , it’s not a heavy duty chain like the real bag. I live in BK NY I ordered Nov 14th received the bag Nov 29th.
